At Rocky Mountain GYN and Hormone Center, we understand that when choosing a provider there are many factors to consider before making a decision on who is going to manager your care. We are honored that you have considered seeing one of our providers for your health care needs. We understand that seeing a provider located far away from home can be inconvenient, but some times necessary. We have set up special packages to help our “out-of-town patients” minimize visits and travel expenses.
These accommodations are only offered to our out-of-town patients. If you live with in 40-mile radius of our office, we do ask that you follow our standard office policy for appointments.
Novasure Package
There are a series of appointments required prior to the NovaSure procedure. We ask that all appointments are scheduled over a two-day period. All testing and office visits will be conducted the day prior to your procedure. As a courtesy, our office will provide you with accommodations at the Hilton Garden Inn on the night before your procedure. (Only one night will be free of charge to the patient. If the patient chooses to stay longer, all additional charges will be the patient’s responsibility).

Annual and Hormone Packages
Our staff will do their best to consolidate all appointments to minimize travel and time. We understand that it can be hard finding the time to spend a whole day your doctors office! When you schedule, please let our staff know that you are from out of town and we will make the proper adjustments.
