职位描述及要求：
- Main responsibilities 主要职责：
? Plan and supervise the shipments from production to the end-user
? Schedule daily and weekly routes
? Track orders using functional systems
? Coordinate with Warehouse assistant to ensure proper storage and distribution of products
? Support with all inbound deliveries including; Liaise with delivery / Shipping companies, stock control, quality control, unload containers, unload pallet deliveries, to pack and put goods away, report goods received to relevant departments.
? Support with all outbound deliveries including; Liaise with delivery/courier companies, stock control, quality control, load containers, load pallet deliveries, pack and dispatch, report goods sent to the relevant department
? Monitor and report on transportation costs
? Ensure shipping documents are properly filed
? Report maintenance and repair needs for transportation vehicles and equipment
? Research and suggest cost-effective shipping methods
? Conduct regular safety audits on equipment
? Ensure compliance with company policies and shipping legislation
? Stay up-to-date with safety regulations
Request应聘要求:
? Proven work experience as a Transportation supervisor/Manager or similar role
? Solid knowledge of supply chain management
? Experience preparing and tracking orders
? Excellent organizational skills
? Ability to supervise and train staff
? Problem-solving abilities
