- Build up the market and sales activities for bitumen Damping products on China automotive OEM and White good market for Tianjin Plant;
- Prepare the sales budget and projects target and achieve the targets;
- Strengthening the exist customer’s relationship and win new of the customers;
- Commercial negotiations at customer site including escalation during difficult proceedings;
- Promote damping products in China including new technologies and services .
- Bachelor’s degree;
- Chemical background;
- 10 years’ sales experience on Automotive market .
- Computer literacy; familiar with Windows operating systems and office applications such as Word, Excel, and Power-point;
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
- Analytical and logical thinker.
