职位描述及要求：
- 基本职责Basic Job Responsibilities
1、课程教学：承担学校安排的课程教学任务，保障教学质量，力求良好的教学效果。
Deliver lectures, undertake teaching tasks as arranged, maintain teaching quality as required and achieve good teaching results.
2、实践教学：承担实验课、实训课的教学和指导，及毕业论文（设计）、企业实习指导管理工作。
Supervise students’ experiment programs and practical activities.
3、教书育人：承担学生思想品德和作风教育责任和学生管理责任，担任班主任、辅导员或其他学生管理工作角色。
Undertake ideological and moral education to students, work as class teacher, student counselors or undertake related roles.
4、教学建设：参与专业建设、课程开发、教材建设等工作。
Participate in subjects and programs development, as well as teaching materials design and development.
5、教学与学术研究：开展教学研究，及本专业领域和跨领域的科学研究。
Conduct teaching research and scientific research projects and actively contribute to the institution’s research profile.
6、企业与社会实践：参与校企合作、企业实践活动，提高专业实践能力；参与社会实践，服务社会。
Establish collaborative links with industrial and public organizations outside the college, participate industrial practice and social practice.
7、承担学校或系部安排的相关行政工作。
Undertake relevant administrative job assigned by the college or the department when necessary.
基本任职条件Basic Qualifications
（一）基本要求Basic Requirements
1、遵纪守法，品行端正，为人师表；
Abide by laws and regulations with good character and exemplary virtue;
2、具备履行岗位职责应有的基本知识、技能及素质；
Possess professional skills and quality;
3、身体符合岗位要求；
With good physical conditions;
4、能熟练使用英语授课；
Enable to teach in English proficiently;
5、能够全职履职。
Be able to take up full time job.
（二）资历条件Qualification Requirements
1、取得海内外知名高校酒店管理、旅游管理相关专业硕士以上学位；具有丰富从业经验的学士学位取得者亦可考虑。
Have Master’s degree or above of Hospitality Management, Tourism Management or related specialties from prestigious universities domestic or overseas. Bashelor with rich work experiences may also be considered.
2、原则上年龄在45周岁以内。
Be under the age of 45 in principle.
3、具有扎实的专业知识基础和学术积累，或有丰富的行业企业从业经验。
Have solid professional knowledge and academic accumulation, or rich experiences in related industrial field.
4、具备以下条件之一，优先考虑：
Priority will be given to those who meet at least one of the following requirements:
（1）具有较强的教学组织能力和学术研究能力，有一定研究成果；
Have strong ability in teaching and academic research, with some researching achievements;
（2）具有中级以上技术职务或相关职业资格
Possess intermediate professional titles, equivalently lecturer or above.
（3）具有行业良好资源，能够协调协助校企合作工作开展，在产学研结合、人才培养等方面具有较丰富的经验；具有酒店餐饮、房务（特别是具有烹饪或者酒水）相关背景，能胜任酒店管理专业烹饪及酒水相关课程。
With high-profile in related industries, and rich experiences in the combination of “production, teaching and research” and related talent cultivation.
（4）有海外教育背景或相关工作经验。
Have overseas education or work background.
